Strathossian is the most secluded of all Corrour houses, located together with it's annex - the Steading in a small wooded area near the banks of Loch Ghuilbinn, about 3.5 miles before the central area.
It dates back as far as early 19th century with repairs carried out in 1894 and the stables (now the Steading) in 1904. It's beautiful, remote location offers unparalleled views of the surrounding un-spoilt area - deer feeding quietly round the house is a frequent sight in the early mornings and late evenings.
The perfect place to relax and get away from it all, or sample some of Corrour's various activities like pony trekking, biking, fishing, walking and for the more daring climb some of the 'munros' on the estate. The outstanding views can't be missed!
