Corrour - A Taste of the Wild
Our wild deer are the ultimate free range animals. They graze on the wide ranging habitat across the mountains of Corrour. The meat is lean, very low on fat and cholesterol and is a supremely tender and full flavoured product.
All of our deer are selectively sourced from Corrour with full trace-ability and are processed and packaged here by our own staff to ensure our quality.
As a member of Scottish Quality Wild Venison Member Scheme we are proud to be a primary processor and to be able to offer you an exciting range of products all the way from the mountains to your plate.
