As a licensed game dealer we produce fully-traceable venison. Our wild deer graze on natural habitats across Corrour and the meat is tender, lean and low in fat and cholesterol.
The Corrour whisky is a blend made for Corrour Estate by the nearby Tomatin Distillery in the Monadhliath Mountains. The estate staff, family, friends and holiday guests selected it in a blind taste-test. Appreciated for its clarity, smoothness and warm aftertaste, it is the taste of Corrour.
We also sell a lovely single malt whisky which is produced by the Dalwhinnie distillery.
Written by Lisbet Rausing and David Brian Dick, Corrour: A History of a Sporting Estate, traces Corrour’s history from the late nineteenth century to today. It examines Corrour during prehistoric times and three major periods are carefully researched; 1891-1914, 1914-1945 and 1945-1995.
